Our History

Letting Complete began in 2013 as a small family business in Wakefield, operating from a kitchen dining table and helping close friends and family manage their properties. What started as a hands-on, personal service quickly grew through word of mouth, built on trust, reliability and genuine care for both landlords and tenants.

As demand increased, new team members joined and long-standing relationships were formed across the local market. Our in-depth knowledge of the area, combined with a commitment to exceptional customer service, established Letting Complete as a respected and dependable name within the Wakefield lettings sector.

The business soon expanded beyond traditional management. A dedicated maintenance division was introduced to handle repairs efficiently and professionally, followed by our involvement in property refurbishments. High-quality residential renovations began entering the market — attracting strong tenants and providing investors with well-presented, sustainable assets.

With continued growth came further expansion across Yorkshire and the North of England, alongside in-house services including cleaning, compliance coordination and refurbishment management — allowing us to support clients fully under one roof.

We Are Available, Anytime, Anywhere

  • We are strong believers that tenants and landlords should not be without a means of communication whatever time of day. That's why we run 24-hour call service, 365 days a year so regardless the size of the issue our team is always on hand to help.
  • Tenants can report maintenance issues through our brand-new app which directly sends issues to our offices to be assigned to the next available contractor. The app can also be used to book viewings, view availabilities in properties and for landlords; a direct means of viewing updates on their portfolios.
